Refund Policies

All sales are final. No refund or exchanges UNLESS the item arrives broken or ruined. If ruined, you will have 48 hours to report it to us via email or instagram/ Facebook DMs with proof of pictures and/or video. If Items are returned to us after being sent to the wrong address, you will have to pay for another shipping label. If item is lost, stolen, or damaged, please contact us on our social media DMs or email us at beafaithjewelry.com.

 

Shipping Policies

I am a full time college student that is involved in extracurricular activities, please allow 1-4 days to process your order, not including weekends or holidays. If there are any delays on shipping whatsoever, you will be emailed and/or notified. I will post on our social platforms on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. We currently only ship in the United States. Once your order is processed, USPS shipping can take 5-10 business days. I sell on campus and at home ONLY. Please contact me personally or through social media DMs to see if your items can be hand delivered to you or shipped. Special holidays such as Black Friday and Christmas may take longer shipping days.

Ordering Policies

When ordering custom jewelry, please measure yourself for accurate measurements so that your custom jewelry will fit you properly. If not listed, I will go by the standard size which is 19cm/7.5 inches and the item may not fit you. I will NOT refund for incorrect sizing. This only applies to CERTAIN bracelets, all ankle bracelets, and all waist beads. Please leave a comment in the notes at checkout if your jewelry needs to be smaller or larger than the average. You can measure yourself by taking a piece of string and wrapping it around your wrist and/or ankle depending on what you are buying. Next, take the string and place it against measuring tape and see where your string ends. Or instead, measure yourself with a tape measure. You can either use inches or centimeters when listing your size.

Payments

We usually accept debit/credit cards. If you are wanting to use cash app, Zelle, or Paypal, you must do the following process:

1. Add wanted items to your cart and send a screenshot of your wanted item(s) on either Instagram or Facebook DMs ONLY. Make sure to mention any colors or size adjustments in the notes for your items.
2. I will send my information and you will send your payment right after. 
3. Once payment is received, you will send your name and shipping information to me and I will send the tracking information to you.
